Import your customers
Import your contacts so reminders and campaigns can reach them.
Prepare your file
Chatty accepts a CSV with these columns:

Only import customers who have agreed to hear from you. Chatty is POPIA-aware, but consent is your responsibility.
Upload and map
Match each column to a Chatty field, then confirm. Duplicates are merged by phone number.
