Connect your WhatsApp

Connecting takes a few minutes and one round of verification.

Before you start

You will need admin access to the WhatsApp Business number you want to use.

Check your number type

Personal WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business app numbers both work, but a number already registered to another Business API provider must be migrated first.

Keep the phone that receives the verification code nearby — the code expires quickly.

Verify the number

Chatty sends a one-time code. Enter it exactly as received:

Troubleshooting

If the code does not arrive within two minutes, request a new one.
